INTERLIBRARY LOAN

If you need a book or article that the MassArt library doesn't own, you can request it through interlibrary loan (ILL).  If the item is available at another Fenway Libraries Online library, either go to that library to borrow it in person, or request it online through our catalog and it will be delivered to MassArt. If the item isn't available at any of the FLO libraries, complete an ILL request form, and we will probably be able to procure it from a library beyond FLO.

POLICY

The patron must have a current library card from MassArt and it must be in good standing (i.e. without any outstanding fines, overdues, or holds). ILL requests must be made through the patron's "home" library. The Morton R. Godine Library may not originate an ILL request for a patron outside of MassArt. ILL is a service provided by the Public Services staff. The request forms are available at the Circulation Desk. The rules for borrowing items from other institutions beyond FLO vary, depending on the lending institution's policies.
