LIBRARY WORKSHOPS

Faculty are welcome to bring their classes to the library to meet with a librarian to do research or to view different collections. Sessions can take place M-F between 9 and 6. If you would like to arrange a visit or want to know more, email Greg Wallace at greg.wallace@massart.edu. Please allow at least one week's notice when scheduling.

GRAPHIC NOVELS PRESENTATION

Overview of the library’s collection of comics, graphic novels, and manga, which feature different styles and types of subject matter. Can feature an assortment of zines if requested.

PHOTOBOOKS PRESENTATION

Selections from the library’s photographic books including rare editions. Faculty can also request a demonstration of a camera lucida as part of the presentation.

POP-UP LIBRARY CARTS

Not a library visit but a visiting library. Faculty can have a cart of library books delivered to their classroom for use in teaching or for students to browse during breaks. Book selections can deal with many different subjects like figure drawing, collage, or typography.
